Account Executive
Quinsite, Inc.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close • Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare provider opportunities • Identify, engage, and multi-thread key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and financial functions • Lead discovery, solution alignment, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations • Develop compelling, value-based sales narratives tied to customer outcomes • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue performance • Consistently meet or exceed quota targets • Maintain CRM discipline (HubSpot) and ensure pipeline visibility • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and customer success • Provide market and customer feedback to inform product and GTM strategy • Travel up to ~20% as needed
Job Requirements
- Healthcare sales experience required (selling into health systems, provider organizations, etc.)
- 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or analytics solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex sales cycles
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals with executive-level buyers
- Strong understanding of healthcare dynamics (e.g., value-based care, quality metrics, or revenue cycle)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a growth-stage environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
