• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to support recurring and ad‑hoc reporting needs. • Build and update dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Excel. • Use SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data for insights and reporting accuracy. • Run basic analyses to identify trends, measure performance, and highlight improvement opportunities. • Assist with preparing summary insights and communicating key findings to team members or leadership. • Support documentation of data processes, reporting standards, metadata, and recurring workflows. • Learn and apply best practices in data retrieval, transformation, quality assurance, and reporting. • Collaborate with senior analysts on project‑based assignments, gradually taking on more independent work as skills expand.

Job Requirements

  • Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies, including the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Strong foundational skills in analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and data interpretation.
  • Exposure to Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, and basic data modeling concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize findings.
  • Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Lists, and Forms.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for working with data and technology.
