Technical Service Manager, Cheese

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cheese and fresh dairy manufacturing
  • In-plant dairy production experience (required) with strong knowledge of plant operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a similar field
  • Ability to conduct statistical analysis and translate data into practical process improvements
  • Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across teams

Analyze Distances / Drive-Time / Labor Hours needed, in order to allocate Collection Technician assignments proportionately. - Quantify time necessary for Collection Technicians to properly execute Device Collection duties in accordance with Medline ReNewal’s mission statement.
