Role Description Deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights that drive revenue and margin growth across Launch Potato’s digital properties. - Clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker with aligned definitions and metrics within the first 60 days. - Identify and resolve at least five inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting logic within the first 90 days. - Partner with FP&A and product teams to ensure 100% alignment between financial and operational data by the end of the second quarter. - Deliver ad hoc strategic analyses with clear financial or strategic recommendations, averaging one per month. - Lead and document improvements to at least two core Looker Explores or dashboard structures to enable scalable self-service by end of H1. Qualifications - Experience in BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles with digital marketing exposure. - Experience in digital media or performance marketing industries. - Advanced SQL and Looker proficiency. - Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site three days per week. What you'll do: This individual contributor role is responsible for managing moderately complex litigation arising out of the auto or property contract in compliance with state laws and regulations, to include creating strategy for defense or settlement, evaluating, negotiating, and collaborating with defense counsel to secure appropriate resolution.
