The Director of Social Media will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Tinder’s global social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms. You’ll oversee a team responsible for content, community management, and influencer. This role is ideal for someone who can operate like a founder of Social at Tinder — building systems, setting standards, and driving cultural relevance. You’ll bring a “start-from-scratch” mentality while thriving in a high-growth, high-visibility environment. Where you’ll work: This is a hybrid role in the West Hollywood office and requires in-office collaboration three times per week. In this role you will: - Develop and own Tinder’s global social media strategy, grounded in cultural relevance, platform expertise, consumer insights, and business goals. - Rebuild and reinvent Tinder’s social presence with a fresh POV, modern brand voice, and platform-specific identities. - Build frameworks for content planning, trend forecasting, calendars, workflows, and measurement. - Lead the creation of thumb-stopping, conversation-driving social content across all platforms. - Partner closely with Brand, Media, and Product Marketing to ensure social reinforces brand storytelling and campaign moments. - Oversee creator collaborations, influencer strategy, and social-first partnerships. - Build a rigorous analytics discipline across platforms - Use data to guide content decisions, trend identification, resource allocation, and optimizations. - Build and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership visibility. - Manage and mentor a team of Social Managers, Influencer Leads, and Community Leads, while developing scalable strategies to grow impact and reach. - Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Serve as the primary social voice across the company, partnering with Brand, Media, Comms, Product Marketing, and Legal. - Develop agile processes for real-time reactions, cultural moments, crisis management, and proactive storytelling. You'll need: - 8–10+ years of experience in social media strategy, content leadership, or digital marketing. - Demonstrated success owning social strategies for challenger brands. - Proven ability to revamp or rebuild social from the ground up — shaping voice, identity, content streams, and systems. - Deep understanding of TikTok, IG, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms: algorithms, formats, best practices, and cultural nuance. - Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, social listening, insights tools, and performance modeling. - Exceptional people leadership skills with experience managing and growing teams. - A creative thinker obsessed with culture: memes, dating trends, internet humor, creators, moments, and storytelling. Role Description Vous serez l'un(e) des deux adjoints au sous-directeur de la législation de l'habitat et des organismes de logement social. La sous-direction est composée de 5 bureaux, 2 missions, un secrétariat, et comporte un peu moins d'une quarantaine d'agents (très majoritairement A/A+). Vous participez à l'animation et à l'encadrement de la sous-direction et au suivi de l'ensemble des missions de la sous-direction. Vous êtes informé(e) de l'ensemble des affaires intéressant la sous-direction, s'agissant du parc social comme du parc privé. Vous représentez la sous-direction en interne comme en externe, notamment auprès des cabinets ministériels, du Parlement, d'instances de contrôle (Cour des comptes, etc.). Vous pouvez être amené(e) à piloter en grande autonomie des projets, des textes législatifs ou réglementaires. Vous êtes amené(e) à piloter l'ensemble de la sous-direction lors des congés des deux autres membres de l'équipe de direction. Vous supervisez plus particulièrement les trois bureaux (21 agents) intervenant sur le parc social, en particulier s'agissant des aspects budgétaires et des moyens. L'autre adjoint supervise les deux bureaux qui interviennent sur le parc privé et les deux missions.
