• Manage, customize, and scale the organization’s Zoho One environment. • Design and implement custom modules, fields, layouts, and workflows across Zoho One applications. • Use Deluge scripting and low-code tools to automate complex processes. • Build custom applications with Zoho Creator to address unique organizational needs. • Customize dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. • Integrate Zoho apps with each other and with external systems (e.g., Slack, QuickBooks, payment gateways, APIs). • Develop automated workflows using Zoho Flow, Webhooks, and custom APIs. • Maintain and optimize Zoho system architecture for performance, scalability, and data integrity. • Document custom functions, scripts, integrations, and workflows. • Design custom dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics and CRM reporting tools. • Streamline client onboarding using Zoho CRM, Desk, and Projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Zoho experience.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing Zoho projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho One applications and integration amongst modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and develop solutions to complex business challenges.
