• Support the design and development of AI agent workflows and LLM-powered application components • Build and test prompt strategies, retrieval flows, tool-use logic, orchestration patterns, and backend integrations • Assist in defining evaluation metrics, running benchmarks, and analyzing failure cases • Improve system performance across quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost • Use AI coding tools as a normal part of your workflow to accelerate development and problem-solving • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to understand how production AI systems are designed, deployed, and improved • Contribute to backend services, APIs, internal tools, or lightweight user interfaces when needed

• Leading a team of 20+ engineers and growing them over time, including managing managers, developing a team of engineers, providing regular feedback and supporting each person’s growth through career conversations. • Collaborate closely with product, design and engineering leadership to define goals that move the Logs group forward and align with broader business objectives. Drive the product vision from listening to customer feedback and anticipating market trends. • Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle from early ideation through planning, execution and post‑launch guiding the team to deliver high‑quality outcomes consistently. • Foster a psychologically safe environment where engineers can learn, experiment and iterate quickly, encouraging innovation and a culture of continuous improvement. • Work across team boundaries by contributing to projects outside your team’s scope and partnering with other functions to solve customer problems.

• Own mobile platform architecture • Define and evolve architecture of MetaMask Mobile (React Native + native) • Make tradeoffs between JS/TS, RN, and native • Design and steward core platform systems • Lead cross-team initiatives • Drive upgrades and migrations • Conduct structural performance and stability work • Elevate developer experience & automation • Improve tooling and release workflows • Establish patterns for navigation and state management • Integrate AI/LLMs into workflows • Define metrics and dashboards for performance and stability • Mentor engineers and influence technical direction
