Role Description Bayview Asset Management is seeking a Senior Analyst, AI Governance to enhance the firm’s enterprise technology governance function. This role is responsible for assisting in the establishing and overseeing of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance framework that ensures alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and operational excellence. This Sr. Analyst will oversee AI governance, model risk alignment, technology risk management, and regulatory compliance across the organization. This role serves as a key control function, partnering with IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and business leadership to ensure safe, responsible, and compliant use of technology — including emerging AI and Generative AI capabilities. Responsibilities - Document AI frameworks aligned with NIST, SCF, NYDFS, and regulatory best practices - Continue the oversight of embed AI governance into IT, data, and enterprise risk programs - Ensure governance is scalable, repeatable, and audit-ready through maintenance of AI risk taxonomy, reporting and escalations - Partner with Model Risk Management to align with SR 11‑7 and OCC/Fed guidance - Set standards for AI/model documentation and lifecycle oversight - Govern internal, third‑party, and Generative AI solutions - Identify, assess, and monitor AI risks - Own mitigation strategies, control frameworks, and centralized risk register - Assist in risk assessments, governance reviews, and control testing - Ensure compliance with IT and AI regulatory requirements - Serve as primary liaison for audits and regulatory exams - Maintain documentation, evidence retention, and audit trails - Lead periodic reviews and operational adoption - Aligning governance with IT and digital transformation strategy - Provide governance review for new technology initiatives - Assess emerging AI technologies prior to adoption - Define AI governance standards for vendors - Partner with Vendor Risk to assess controls, transparency, validation, and data protection - Ensure AI‑specific contractual safeguards Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred - Experience in AI/IT governance, risk management, or a related field, with direct exposure to AI/ML governance strongly preferred - Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in the IT domain - Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT are highly desirable Requirements - Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and standards (COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO 27001) - Proficiency with IT governance, risk, and compliance tools - Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity principles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex concepts to non‑technical audiences - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with sound judgment in complex situations - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement AI policies, procedures, and controls - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels - Understanding of AI/ML systems, including Generative AI and LLMs (conceptual + risk perspective; not hands-on engineering) Benefits - This role can be fully remote; however, if a candidate is found in the Toronto area, it is preferred - The compensation available for this role can be between $130,000 - $160,000 CAD, dependent on experience - Performance-based bonus structure available EEOC Bayview is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. • AI Solution Design & Development: Independently design and build complete AI solutions — agents, multi-step workflows, and integrations. • Platform Configuration & Administration: Configure and manage AI platform environments including agent deployment, knowledge base architecture, data connector setup, access controls, and workspace organization. • Data Orchestration & Integration: Connect, shape, and manage data pipelines between business systems (Salesforce, Totango, Jira, Redshift, Snowflake) and the AI platform. • Technical Problem-Solving & Debugging: Independently diagnose and resolve complex issues across the AI solution stack. • System Integration & Extensibility: Extend platform capabilities through available integration frameworks and develop custom connectivity solutions as needed. • Workflow & Automation Development: Design and build automated workflows and multi-step processes within AI platforms. • Program Champion Enablement: Partner with program champions embedded in Proofpoint's Services teams. • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain feature documentation, SOPs, capability guides. • Business Consulting & Opportunity Identification: Proactively understand business workflows and identify AI opportunities. • AI Landscape Evaluation: Track developments across the broader AI landscape and evaluate how emerging tools impact the team's work. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor AI solution performance, identify improvement opportunities independently.

• Develop and maintain a rolling AI roadmap specific to the practice, aligned to enterprise AI strategy and practice growth priorities. • Identify, evaluate, and sequence AI use cases with the highest business and client impact for the practice. • Translate AI opportunities into clear business cases for the National Practice Leader, practice leadership, and clients. • Provide day-to-day direction, priority-setting, and performance oversight to AI builders within the practice. • Own practice-level adoption, active usage, and business impact — ensuring AI tools are integrated into core workflows and generating measurable value. • Serve as the visible face of AI within the practice — communicating new tools and capabilities that resonate with consultants.

• Lead initiatives that support Sales and account teams as PBM, regulatory, and marketplace dynamics evolve • Translate complex PBM topics into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders • Use AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate insight generation, and improve field and client experiences • Partner with analytics and reporting teams to interpret PBM data and translate findings into strategic insights • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver aligned outcomes
