Director of Sales Enablement – Development

• Design and implement a sales enablement strategy focused on measurable performance outcomes • Define and reinforce performance standards across the sales organization • Continuously evaluate and improve sales effectiveness • Collaborate with recruiting to refine hiring profiles and selection processes • Develop onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity • Facilitate call reviews, deal analysis, and skill-building sessions • Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline progression, and activity levels • Identify performance gaps and implement solutions • Equip managers with coaching frameworks and tools • Leverage tools such as Gong and generative AI platforms to enhance coaching and messaging
Job Requirements
- Experience in Business Lending/Lending required
- 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership, ideally in high-volume environments
- Proven track record of improving sales performance and driving measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve performance challenges
- Experience coaching frontline sales representatives
- Deep understanding of sales execution
