Role Description Bayview Asset Management is seeking a Senior Analyst, AI Governance to enhance the firm’s enterprise technology governance function. This role is responsible for assisting in the establishing and overseeing of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance framework that ensures alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and operational excellence. This Sr. Analyst will oversee AI governance, model risk alignment, technology risk management, and regulatory compliance across the organization. This role serves as a key control function, partnering with IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and business leadership to ensure safe, responsible, and compliant use of technology — including emerging AI and Generative AI capabilities.
