Lead Games Title Product Manager, Portfolio
NetflixDescribed as the world's top internet television network, Netflix is a publicly-traded entertainment company offering video-on-demand and streaming media. As an
At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next. Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films, and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause, and resume watching or playing as much as they want, anytime, anywhere — and can change their plans at any time. Netflix is looking for a versatile, strategic, and industrious Lead Games Title Product Manager, Portfolio to help scale how we operate and grow our games portfolio across mobile and cloud titles. Our goal is to entertain the world - and your job will be to build durable product operating leverage across the slate, while flexing into the highest-impact portfolio needs as priorities evolve. As a part of Netflix, we strive to hire the best and value integrity, excellence, respect, inclusion, and collaboration. The preferred location for this role is Los Angeles, though remote work will be considered, with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone who are able to travel. Travel is required for quarterly in-person onsites held at our Los Angeles or Los Gatos offices. As a Lead Games Title Product Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling Netflix Games’ product effectiveness across a diverse slate — enabling clearer measurement, faster decision-making, and more consistent execution across four gaming verticals. This is a senior-range role designed for breadth and context switching: you will lead horizontal product work that spans all titles (and requires deep cross-functional partnership), and you will flex into priority game teams when coverage gaps or peak needs emerge. Responsibilities - Build and run cross-portfolio product operating systems that improve speed and consistency across the slate (e.g., KPI definitions, instrumentation norms, dashboards, reads, decision forums, and performance cadences). - Partner deeply with Data Science & Engineering (DSE) to define and operationalize vertical KPI frameworks, ensure measurement quality, and create durable product performance rituals. - Partner deeply with Finance & Strategy (F&S) to establish operating cadence and the mechanisms for how Games Product plugs into planning and reporting. - Own portfolio governance frameworks including scoring, tiering, and resourcing recommendations, and help drive quarterly rebalancing aligned to impact. - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder horizontal initiatives that require PM rigor and continuity — for example, ironing out and operationalizing a UA Optimization model and related decision-making processes in partnership with F&S, DSE, and Marketing. - Champion cross-portfolio IP moments for live service, coordinating opportunities that span multiple titles rather than a single game team. - Flex into priority game teams to provide support Games Title Product Managers during launches, major updates, system rewrites, or peak complexity — driving clearly defined workstreams without changing the primary owner. - Serve as interim primary owner for titles that need Games Title PM coverage before they warrant a dedicated embedded PM, with clear exit criteria and conversion recommendations as the slate evolves. - Synthesize learnings across titles to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where we should standardize playbooks to avoid reinvention. Requirements - 10+ years of experience in product management for games or a highly related role. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder programs with high ambiguity and multiple workstreams. - Strong product judgment and ability to operate at multiple altitudes: strategic frameworks + hands-on execution. - Strong data fluency with a track record of using insights to drive decisions (comfort partnering with data science, defining KPIs, and shaping measurement). - Experience building and running operating cadences (dashboards/reads/decision forums) that change how teams make decisions. - Familiarity with game performance levers across the lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, engagement loops, retention, content cadence), with live service experience preferred. - Comfort collaborating across disciplines including production, design, engineering, marketing, finance/strategy, and analytics. - Ability to context switch quickly while maintaining clarity of ownership, priorities, and outcomes. - Excellent communication skills; comfortable influencing across teams and disciplines. - Adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving organization. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $240,000.00 - $410,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off. See more details about our Benefits here. Netflix is a unique culture and environment. Learn more here. Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner. We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, caste, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic makeup, marital status, or military service.
