• Play a key role in shaping and maturing the ITOps function at Zego • Own the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across a fast-growing, technology-led organisation. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Engineering, Security and the wider business. • Champion ITOps tooling and automation, driving continuous improvement through metrics, ticket data, and process retrospectives. • Drive service quality improvements across the ITOps function, influencing stakeholders to adopt best practices and embed IT security and compliance as a shared responsibility. • Define and document technical solutions with a clear analysis of risks, security, and scalability. • Critically assess processes and systems, identifying toil and inefficiencies. • Nurture a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the ITOps team and across the wider business. • Use AI tooling and automation to streamline repetitive processes, improve response times, and enhance the overall IT service experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing identity and access at scale, including SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, and lifecycle management using Okta.
- Strong hands-on experience with MDM platforms, ideally Kandji (Iru), covering device enrolment, policy management, and compliance enforcement across macOS and iOS fleets.
- Solid experience administering Google Workspace, including user lifecycle, group management, and security configuration.
- Experienced with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice, using ticket data and reporting to drive service improvements and identify recurring issues.
- Demonstrable experience leveraging AI tooling to automate repetitive IT workflows, improve response times, and enhance service delivery.
- Experienced in deploying and administering AI platforms and integrations across the organisation.
- Comfortable writing production-grade automation scripts deployed at scale via MDM, with a focus on automating IT processes and reducing toil.
- A solid understanding of IT security principles, including endpoint security, access controls, and compliance, experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 environments a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, SaaS platforms, and network connectivity issues.
- Experience supporting audits and contributing to security or compliance workstreams.
- Comfortable supporting developer tooling and engineering workflows.
