• Originate new business opportunities with prospective clients in the FS Sector • Identify and research target clients in the Sector to drive pipeline development and conversion • Lead and drive the sales process to convert prospects into new clients • Engage with prospects regularly and use this interaction to improve the firm’s brand, relationships and identify opportunities • Work with relevant teams and partners in the region to develop winning proposals that speak to the client’s needs and objectives • Manage sales information including conversion rates, key targets, pipeline management, KPIs and trend information • Drive progress on Sectoral strategy • Work closely with clients to help them navigate business opportunities and challenges • Generate a strong internal network, be experienced in data management and pipeline
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in the FS Sector, in London and across the UK
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of the FS sector including regulatory environment, and nuanced operational requirements
- An understanding of the Professional Services industry is a must
- Proven track record of effectively managing and growing profitable client relationships both net-new and existing
- Demonstrable track record of identifying, developing, winning and on-boarding new clients
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Track record of working with senior leaders and as part of an inclusive, collaborative sales team

International Business Development Representative Manager Hybrid, UK International Business Development Representative Manager About the Role The Business Development team is responsible for driving pipeline growth that ultimately drive revenue across both net new prospects and current customers. We take a value oriented approach to working with our prospects ensuring we are driving interest across the entire suite of Crunchtime products. As the Business Development Representative Manager, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives to set introductory meetings and develop sales opportunities. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will be collaborating with other business leaders to execute against the identified strategy and deliver results against the stated goals. As a leader, you will also be responsible for the coaching and development of your team.
