Game Data Analyst

Pixion Games

• Own player, product, and commercial analysis across Fableborne. • Build and maintain segmentation frameworks for key player groups. • Analyse the full UA funnel, identify the highest-impact drop-off points. • Deep-dive into monetisation performance across IAP, marketplace activity, player cohorts, and pricing structures. • Evaluate token reward performance and post-distribution behaviour. • Design robust reporting, dashboards, and alerting for core KPIs. • Collaborate closely with product, game design, UA, marketing, and leadership to scope analytical questions.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics for free-to-play mobile games.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Amplitude, DataDog, or similar)
  • Experience with cohort analysis, funnel analysis, behavioural segmentation, and KPI modelling
  • Experience in experimentation design and A/B testing.
  • Experience analysing player monetisation, retention, and lifecycle behaviour
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, UA, and leadership teams
  • Ability to work closely with tech teams to define and validate the right event tracking for new features.
  • Experience with a fully remote, distributed production team.
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Systematic, structured and detailed approach to tasks.
  • Experience in web3, blockchain, tokenomics, or on-chain analytics is a plus.

Role Description OCS is seeking an experienced Performance and Data Manager to work across a number of high-profile public-sector contracts. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of operational performance and accurate reporting. This role will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day running and overall success of a large FM contract. - Ownership of operational data for the contract, held in the CAFM system (Concept). - Accurate performance reporting, producing reports for clients and colleagues. - Business partnering with operational teams to drive continuous performance improvement. - Client KPI reporting, including mitigation of failures where appropriate. - Acting as the bridge between operations, the service desk and the client. - Analyse data, provide commentary and present performance to key stakeholders, suggesting actions for improvement. - Ensure the timely provision of client reports. - Assess, record and advise managers on risks and opportunities that may influence performance. • Implement and/or develop a Program area by identifying and securing funding, managing budgets and contracts, and reporting on program activities • Work with Department Director to align Program goals with Department strategy • Process, quality-control, and archive Terrestrial and Aerial LiDAR data collected at partner agency lands to support 3-D fuels characterization and baseline fire effects monitoring • Develop and maintain standardized data management protocols to ensure compatibility with Intelimon and other partner data processing platforms, and assist with interoperability of sample design across Eastern Innovation Landscape Network (EILN) innovation nodes and partner agency lands • Coordinate with TEA project managers, Integrated Research Management Team members, installation personnel, and subject matter experts. • Support TLS project manager and field crews to schedule, scope, and execute TLS scanning field operations, including pre-scan site assessments and post-scan deliverable tracking • Serve as primary point of contact for DoD installation fire managers regarding TLS/ALS project coordination • Produce summary reports, products, and vegetation and fuels characterization tools from completed Terrestrial and Aerial LiDAR scans for use by EILN partner agencies, IRMT researchers, and fire program managers • Develop machine learning models and processing scripts to predict fuels and vegetation metrics from terrestrial LiDAR data; execute, modify, and link models developed in a variety of languages; develop new code in Python and R • Supervise and mentor employees within Program area with an emphasis on advancing team cohesion • Represent the TLS and remote sensing programs in external forums, meetings, and strategic conversations to promote visibility and collaboration • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with partners relevant to TLS and remote sensing program areas • Support programmatic development to create new program areas and/or expand existing areas that fulfill TEA's mission, in conjunction with Department Director • Work with Department Director to secure funding to support projects within Program (via writing project proposals, applying for grants, etc.) • Employee may be required to travel based on Program needs • Other duties as assigned
