Role Description OCS is seeking an experienced Performance and Data Manager to work across a number of high-profile public-sector contracts. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of operational performance and accurate reporting. This role will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day running and overall success of a large FM contract. - Ownership of operational data for the contract, held in the CAFM system (Concept). - Accurate performance reporting, producing reports for clients and colleagues. - Business partnering with operational teams to drive continuous performance improvement. - Client KPI reporting, including mitigation of failures where appropriate. - Acting as the bridge between operations, the service desk and the client. - Analyse data, provide commentary and present performance to key stakeholders, suggesting actions for improvement. - Ensure the timely provision of client reports. - Assess, record and advise managers on risks and opportunities that may influence performance. The successful candidate will be able to manage a complex workload and multiple stakeholder relationships (this is a client facing role). The tasks outlined above highlight key responsibilities but are not exhaustive. The scope of this role is varied and will involve providing support to the OCS operations team. Qualifications - Relevant experience of working on a facilities management contract is preferred. - Be able to communicate effectively with a multitude of stakeholders, both verbally and written – Account Director, Cluster Managers, other OCS functions, and clients. - Adequate Microsoft Excel competency - pivots, trackers, tables, functions, calculations. - Adequate skill level in data analytics and manipulating large data sets. - Skilled in report generation to be shared both internally and externally. The DEM Specialist is responsible for driving value and consumption of Dynatrace DEM across strategic customers. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for the "User's Perspective." You will be an expert in demonstrating how Dynatrace provides unparalleled visibility into every click, swipe, and tap across web and mobile applications, ensuring that digital interactions translate into superior customer satisfaction and revenue and/or value growth. This role blends domain depth with sales acumen, to expand usage of RUM, Session Replay, and Synthetic Monitoring. The DEM Specialist engages directly with customers to activate DEM capabilities, increase usage, and demonstrate ongoing value through hands-on enablement and execution. Core Responsibilities 1. Full Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) Domain Leadership - Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynatrace’s full DEM portfolio, representing the user’s perspective across web and mobile digital experiences. - Own deep technical and functional expertise across Real User Monitoring (RUM), Session Replay, and Synthetic Monitoring (web, mobile, and API). - Translate customer business and technical challenges into clear DEM strategies and architectures that drive measurable outcomes - Demonstrate the value of DEM through hands-on enablement, including reproducing user issues with Session Replay and correlating experience data with application performance. - Guide customers on best practices for instrumentation, data capture, and operational use of DEM data to improve digital experience. 2. Drive DEM Consumption & Expansion in Strategic Accounts - Own and execute DEM adoption and consumption growth within named, strategic customer accounts. - Lead outcome‑driven engagements focused on increasing DEM usage metrics, including sessions, replays, synthetic coverage, and monitored applications. - Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and personally execute the technical actions required to realize DEM value. - Partner closely with account teams to move customers from initial enablement to broad, sustained DEM adoption across teams, applications, and user journeys. - Ensure DEM data is actively operationalized by customer teams to detect, prioritize, and resolve digital experience issues. 3.
