Job Requirements

Role Description Verisma is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our commercial growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on initiating conversations, uncovering opportunities, and building relationships that lead to business growth. Reporting into the Vice President of Marketing and working in close alignment with Sales, the BDR will play a critical role in qualifying inbound leads, executing strategic outbound outreach, and driving engagement ahead of key industry events. This position offers hands-on exposure to sales strategy, pipeline development, and market segmentation—providing a strong foundation for future growth within the commercial organization. This role provides a defined pathway to join the sales team within 18–24 months.
