• Focus on winning new business within a defined territory • Own and grow new business within your territory, primarily selling to individual or group care home providers • Prospect and build pipeline through calls, networking, conferences, and targeted outreach • Run discovery meetings and product demonstrations to understand customer challenges and position solutions • Work closely with SDRs, Sales leadership, and Implementation teams to progress opportunities and deliver successful launches • Manage your pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene to ensure accurate reporting and sales performance
