• Develop complex operating room and critical care layouts using advanced Revit modeling techniques • Create and maintain parametric, formula-driven Revit families, including nested components and configurable equipment systems • Maintain and enhance Revit templates, standards, shared parameters, and documentation workflows • Produce high-quality drawing packages and presentation-ready visualizations • Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Engineering, and Architects to refine layouts and resolve constraints • Provide technical guidance and best practices to other designers • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability • Ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance in all design deliverables
