Job Requirements

  • Experiência prévia comprovada em agências de marketing digital (mínimo de 3 a 4 anos);
  • Pacote Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) e Figma (essencial para fluxo de trabalho moderno);
  • Experiência prática na criação de criativos voltados para conversão, entendendo métricas como CTR e retenção;
  • Capacidade de priorizar demandas simultâneas em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado (trabalho remoto);
  • Senso estético apurado e habilidade em trabalhar com diferentes estilos e guidelines de marca;
  • Atenção rigorosa a detalhes de fechamento, tipografia, cores e hierarquia de informação;
