• Own the full scheduling experience including interview coordination so every candidate and interviewer shows up informed, prepared, and on time. • Represent geo-specific nuances to identify and execute on operational improvements across recruiting processes and technology stack. • Support regional teams with recruiting enablement and training. • Host candidates onsite and create an experience that's warm, human, and memorable while adapting to different personalities and making everyone feel at home. • Partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs, solve problems in real time, and keep things moving. • Keep our ATS (we use Ashby) accurate and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks. • Constantly finding and executing on opportunities to improve how we operate.
Job Requirements
- Have 3-5+ years in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or similar role in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Obsess over the details. You’re the kind of person who triple-checks the calendar invite timezone before hitting send.
- See inefficiency as a personal challenge. You take initiative, own your work, bring new ideas without being asked, and use good judgement to execute on improvements.
- Care deeply about the experience of everyone in the process: the candidate who flew across the country to meet the team, the hiring manager trying to make the right hiring decision, the interviewer running from back-to-back meetings, and you care about making it great for all of them.
- Stay calm and focused while holding many moving pieces together.

Role Description This role will be a remote role working from Iowa. Responsible to manage and grow a portfolio of surety clients: - Continuously provide advisory services by outlining the surety program options and providing guidance on the recommended structures specific to the client’s needs. - Consult with clients regarding surety market conditions and the surety companies. - Secure and manage surety facilities to meet the clients’ surety bond requirements, including the receipt and review of materials necessary to prepare a placement memorandum, negotiation of terms, conditions, indemnity, and completion of requisite documentation. - Management of existing surety relationships on client surety programs, including participation in, establishing, and moderating meetings with the sureties. - Continuously monitor clients' company structure, operations, and credit profile in support of the surety program, including reviewing financial presentations. - Work with client service team as client team lead in managing day-to-day account management of the surety business. - Deliver new solutions for clients by reviewing their needs and ensuring surety credit is maximized. - Drive growth by working collaboratively with internal sales producers, the Insurance Account Executives, and other surety team members to bring in new clients or prospects, including contributing to the sales process and responding to RFPs. - Preparing and presenting surety proposals and presentations.
