• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and databases • Screen candidates based on role fitment, communication, and intent • Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring pipeline • Ensure consistent follow-ups to drive candidate joining • Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle • Track hiring metrics (submissions, selections, joins) • Minimize drop-offs and improve conversion rates

Job Requirements
