• Execute event strategy and planning for both internal and external events, ensuring alignment with business goals and outcomes • Manage logistics for conferences and tradeshows including venue coordination, vendor management, booth logistics, attendee support, hotel and dinner logistics, and onsite support for large tradeshows • Identify and evaluate industry events that advance Utilidata’s positioning in the data center market; make recommendations on participation and sponsorship opportunities • Negotiate and coordinate sponsorships, speaker opportunities, and exhibitor packages to maximize ROI • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams as needed to ensure event messaging, materials, and outcomes are consistent with strategic objectives • Support internal event execution, as needed, which could include team strategy summits, planning sessions, leadership offsites, or onsite customer meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics and positive employee and customer experience

• Support the Senior Director of Strategic Events in the planning and execution of Delinea’s inaugural Customer Conference, contributing across workstreams from concept to completion • Coordinate with marketing, sales, product, customer success, and executive stakeholders to help bring programming and the attendee journey to life • Help identify opportunities to refine and improve the attendee experience year over year • Assist in managing agencies, vendors, and venues across production, scenic design, AV, content delivery, and onsite logistics • Coordinate registration, housing, communications, and attendee flow for 250–400+ participants • Support execution of key event elements including general sessions, breakouts, certifications, partner activations, and networking experiences • Track event budgets, contracts, and financial details with accuracy and attention to detail • Compile attendance, feedback, and pipeline data to support post-event analysis and debriefs led by the Senior Director • Coordinate sponsorship deliverables for the Customer Conference, ensuring sponsor branding, communications, and onsite activations are executed accurately • Partner with the Delinea channel/partner organization to support sponsor and partner engagement • Help build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with sponsors and partners • Work closely with global teams and agencies to keep projects on track and aligned with the broader event strategy • Coordinate with speakers and presenters on logistics, run-of-show, and content delivery support • Serve as a key onsite team member, supporting vendor coordination, staff logistics, and overall event flow under the direction of the Senior Director • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues with poise, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset

What You’ll Do: - Conduct 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30 minute follow-up sessions remotely. - Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations. - Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate to support your clients in reaching their goals efficiently and sustainably. - Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership for support, escalation, and continued learning. - Partner with therapists and other providers through integrated care plans, shared treatment insights, and team consultation spaces. - Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes. - Contribute to a growing, diverse community of clinicians committed to redefining mental health care. Qualifications - A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). - Licensed to practice in Florida as a PMHNP (additional licensure a plus!). - 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP. - Active DEA license in Florida. - Reside in Florida. - Experienced in delivering remote telepsychiatry services. - Passionate about high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care. - Eager to join a community of clinicians who are driven by purpose and help us build upon our psychiatry program to improve our services and systems continually. • Conduct primarily telehealth video visits to members with the opportunity for a small volume of home based visits (drive to member’s home). • In some instances when appropriate and compliant with licensure, you may also provide telehealth visits to members located in other geographies. • Primarily perform comprehensive assessment visits (CAVs) including comprehensive diagnosis/disease review, medication review, and assessment for quality of care (STARS/HEDIS) interventions as well as social and home health/DME needs. • Perform appropriate diagnostic tests including mobile screenings and fingerstick tests. • Work closely with other members of the member’s care team including their PCP, specialists, and other Devoted team members including pharmacy, clinical nursing, and social work as well as interfacing with family members and caregivers in order to coordinate care for the member and deliver a collaborative care plan. • Utilize our home grown electronic health information system for visits while also providing feedback on how to improve the interface. • In certain geographies, there may be an infrequent weekend on-call component to support our clinical nurses who triage calls from our members during the weekend.
