• Execute event strategy and planning for both internal and external events, ensuring alignment with business goals and outcomes • Manage logistics for conferences and tradeshows including venue coordination, vendor management, booth logistics, attendee support, hotel and dinner logistics, and onsite support for large tradeshows • Identify and evaluate industry events that advance Utilidata’s positioning in the data center market; make recommendations on participation and sponsorship opportunities • Negotiate and coordinate sponsorships, speaker opportunities, and exhibitor packages to maximize ROI • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams as needed to ensure event messaging, materials, and outcomes are consistent with strategic objectives • Support internal event execution, as needed, which could include team strategy summits, planning sessions, leadership offsites, or onsite customer meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics and positive employee and customer experience

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience managing corporate event strategy for conferences, trade shows, or other large-scale events
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage sponsorships, exhibitor packages, and speaker opportunities
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, budget tracking, identifying marketing collateral needs, and preparing staff, including senior leaders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to align event strategy with business objectives
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of time
