Contract & Governance Manager

• Own the interpretation and application of contracts, Statements of Work, and amendments throughout delivery. • Act as the authoritative source of truth on contractual obligations, exclusions, and assumptions. • Ensure Project Managers understand contractual constraints before delivery decisions are taken. • Identify, assess, and manage contractual and commercial risk including scope ambiguity and exposure. • Escalate contractual risks with clear articulation of commercial impact and mitigation options. • Validate contract values, pricing models, assumptions, and phasing. • Support accurate forecasting by confirming contractual entitlement and constraints. • Partner with Finance and Delivery to protect margin and avoid revenue leakage. • Assure that contractual documentation handed from Sales to Delivery is complete, clear, and deliverable. • Ensure sales to delivery handovers happen with the desired level of detail and in a timely fashion. • Validate that scope, assumptions, and commercials are understood before mobilisation. • Ensure Infinity Group’s delivery methodology is applied consistently across projects. • Conduct regular and ad-hoc project audits covering governance, methodology, and commercial controls. • Provide visibility of contractual status, risks, and exposure to leadership. • Identify recurring contractual weaknesses and feed learning back into presales and governance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in contract or commercial management within technology or professional services delivery.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models and their contractual implications.
  • Experience managing Statements of Work, variations, change control, and commercial risk.
  • High degree of commercial judgement with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in a Microsoft Solutions Partner environment is desirable.
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 or enterprise application delivery environments is advantageous.

What you’ll do As an Associate, Credit Risk Operations, you will be conducting credit risk reviews of Airwallex’s clients within a team environment, with a focus on the ongoing monitoring of clientele and written-off portfolio management. The team works collaboratively with clients, business development teams, risk analysts, compliance and legal departments to support growth objectives while mitigating and managing risk. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco. Responsibilities: - Assess clients’ credibility in both onboarding and monitoring workflows, by verifying and analyzing business information and financial statements. - Manage written-off portfolio to meet individual and team performance targets, through contacting clients to negotiate payment arrangements that will ensure maximum recovery and reduce credit loss. - Research account histories and provide tailored recommendations that mitigate Airwallex’s risk and recommend appropriate remedial actions. - Deliver insights to support key business decisions ranging from onboarding strategies to monitoring and collection workflows. - Proactively identifies issues, irregularities and emerging risks, takes swift action to resolve or timely escalate if necessary - Provide feedback on data, tools, 3rd party vendors etc. for continuous operations efficiency improvement, along with on-going enhancements of policies and procedures.
