• Own and manage our home computing accessories marketplace category, with end-to-end responsibility for performance • Drive P&L results through pricing, margin management, and commercial trade-offs to support sustainable category growth • Set and execute category strategy, including assortment, planograms, and ongoing optimization based on performance data • Manage and grow marketplace partner relationships, applying strong account management skills alongside category ownership • Analyze market and industry trends (e.g., market share, competitive landscape, category performance) to inform data-driven decisions • Partner cross-functionally and use data to win, optimizing assortment, pricing, and promotions

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of category management experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketplace environments, with end-to-end ownership of a product category
  • Strong commercial and P&L ownership, including experience with pricing, margin management, GMV, and profitability metrics; consumer electronics experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage both category strategy and vendor/accounts, balancing category growth with relationship management
  • Analytical and market-driven mindset, using industry trends and performance data to guide decisions
  • Strong relationship-builder and communicator, with solid negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
