• Serve as a trusted advisor to service provider customers, guiding artificial intelligence adoption, operational transformation, and return on investment using Agentic AI workflows • Translate customer advisory insights into validated, high-value AI use cases with clear functional and technical requirements • Own and prioritize the AI Studio product backlog, driving timely delivery of Agentic AI capabilities and pipeline orchestration features • Convert product strategy and customer needs into detailed user stories and requirements for Engineering and Data Science teams • Lead cross-functional release execution from concept through launch, ensuring quality, scalability, and customer readiness • Enable global sales, account, and sales engineering teams through training, playbooks, and technical value positioning • Champion AI Studio in complex customer engagements, including high-visibility proofs of concept

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software in Agile environments
  • Proven experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs through multiple release cycles
  • Deep telecommunications industry knowledge, including Operations Support Systems (OSS) – Inventory/Orchestration/Assurance
  • Prior experience in a technology/business consulting role with strong executive presence and client-facing skills
  • Proven experience/Practical understanding of the artificial intelligence lifecycle, including machine learning operations (MLOps), large language models (LLMs), and Agentic AI workflows
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strength driving execution across matrixed, global teams
