Restaurant Group Product Manager
PAR Technology
• Direct and manage enterprise solution projects with full accountability • Establish and maintain cross-functional project leadership with customers, vendors, and third-party consultants to complete projects on time and on budget • Identify and manage issues, risks, project dependencies, milestones, and critical path to achieve projected outcomes • Define, verify, and control scope, and negotiate scope changes with customers • Direct, motivate, and lead project team members • Manage exceptions and escalation of issues that impact successful project outcomes • Attend and host meetings with PAR peers, customers, and third-party vendors • Provide real-time and scheduled project updates via reporting, meetings, and dashboards • Maintain awareness of and preparedness to communicate project status at all times • Drive client workshops to understand requirements and desired outcomes, presenting and validating potential solutions • Document Business Requirements and Functional Solution Design with high quality and no ambiguity • Collect customer feedback and drive cross-functional alignment on prioritization, acting as the voice of the customer to internal teams such as Product and Customer Success
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodology and processes
- 5+ years of previous experience in the restaurant management or restaurant technology industry
- 5+ years of experience directly within the enterprise customer space
- 5+ years of experience managing projects
- Natural ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working with a globally based project team
- Ability to resolve project resource challenges
- Exceptional ability to prioritize based on highest value to customers and PAR, aligning with business objectives and strategy
- Exceptional organizational skills with the flexibility to adjust to quickly evolving business needs
- Excellent communication skills
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Jotform, Slack, and Monday.com preferred
