Role Description We are looking for an outbound sales representative who is excellent on the phone, comfortable making a high volume of calls, and able to help get product samples sent to the right prospects. This role is mainly focused on calling potential customers, identifying the right decision-makers, confirming interest, and coordinating sample send-outs. - Make high-volume outbound calls to potential B2B customers - Identify and reach the right decision-maker or department - Confirm whether the prospect is a good fit to receive samples - Collect and verify sample shipping details, including recipient name, title, company, address, phone, and email - Explain the sample offer clearly and professionally - Follow up with prospects to confirm receipt, interest, and next steps - Update CRM records accurately after each call - Communicate qualified sample opportunities to the Sales team - Filter out poor-fit contacts so samples are not wasted on the wrong people Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead qualification, or similar - B2B calling experience strongly preferred - Strong spoken English with a clear, professional, near-native or highly fluent accent - Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls during U.S. business hours - Confident speaking with business contacts, gatekeepers, and decision-makers - Able to ask qualifying questions and determine whether a prospect should receive samples - Detail-oriented when collecting and confirming shipping/contact information - CRM experience required; HubSpot preferred - Clear written English for notes, updates, and internal communication Requirements - Must be based in the Philippines and able to work U.S. business hours - Reliable high-speed internet - Quiet work environment suitable for professional phone calls - Computer capable of running CRM, calling tools, and basic sales platforms Benefits - Competitive salary (₱48000/Month) - Monthly performance bonus - Monthly Spiff for achievement - High-ownership role with direct impact on revenue pipeline - Clear expectations, systems, and feedback loops
