Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead the migration of data solutions from AWS/Athena, BigQuery, and Tableau Server to a modern data ecosystem powered by Snowflake and Tableau Cloud. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on SQL expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions. - Analyze existing queries, datasets, and dashboards in Athena, BigQuery, and Tableau Server to understand current data models and reporting logic. - Rewrite and optimize SQL queries and ETL processes to support migration into Snowflake. - Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure consistency between legacy and new data environments. - Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports connected to Snowflake, ensuring high performance and data accuracy. - Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful data solutions. - Optimize performance of queries and dashboards across Snowflake and Tableau environments. - Create and maintain clear documentation for data sources, transformations, and reporting layers. - Communicate insights and technical changes effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
