• First impressions count – and at happyhotel, that's YOU. In this role, your focus is on building relationships with hoteliers and discovering their everyday challenges. • You engage in eye-level conversations, listen carefully, and position happyhotel as the solution for stress-free revenue management. • You help hotels to understand the benefits of our software via phone, email, and social media. • You build a sales pipeline and schedule qualified demos for the account executive team. • You actively network within the hotel industry. • You identify new use cases and expansion opportunities for our product. • You work closely with customer support, development, and marketing to showcase our customers and their success stories. • You use our CRM system HubSpot and help build a knowledge database. • You represent happyhotel at trade fairs (travel expectation up to 15%).
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial/technical training or a degree
- Ideally, experience in the hotel industry (optional)
- Experience of cold-calling, paired with the necessary empathy and persistence
- Ideally, experience selling a SaaS product and/or an affinity for technical products
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with different personalities
- Your voice is your strongest sales tool
- High level of self-organization and initiative
- Drive to grow and actively help shape our growth
- A structured, analytical, and goal-oriented way of working completes your profile
- Fluent in English (native level)
- Ability to travel within UK and EU
