• Partner Account Management: Support the Partner Manager POC for post-contract, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring long-term alignment with Canary’s business goals. • Co-Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, including webinars, email nurture sequences, and co-branded collateral to drive lead generation. • Partner Enablement & Operations: Manage the full onboarding process for new partners and provide ongoing training on Canary’s product suite to ensure they can effectively position our solutions. • Partner Profiles + Mapping: Build out Partner Profiles for all of our Partners along with an up to date mapping of their relevant staff. • Campaign Management: Lead the pre- and post-event communications for partner-hosted industry events and trade shows to maximize lead capture and conversion. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales (AEs/SDRs) and Customer Success to optimize sales motions for partner accounts and develop playbooks for expansion opportunities. Educate Canary’s Growth team on each partner’s joint value proposition. • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership marketing activities, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI to leadership. • Asset Creation: Work with the content team to develop localized and partner-specific marketing materials, such as case studies, testimonials, and localized email content.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in partner marketing, customer marketing, or demand generation, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Hospitality Expertise: Previous experience in hospitality technology or working directly with hospitality brands is a strong bonus.
- Marketing Tools: Proficiency in leveraging marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), CRM platforms (Salesforce), PRM platforms, and other growth/partnerships tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and with external partners and colleagues.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to measure performance, derive insights from data, and iterate based on results.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple joint-marketing initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Role Description We're hiring an Event Marketing Manager to own the marketing engine behind our B2B events for app growth professionals. This is a hands-on role with genuine autonomy, you'll plan and execute campaigns across paid, email and organic channels, and own the results those campaigns deliver. If you're looking for a job where someone hands you a detailed brief every Monday, this isn't it. If you want to own a function, make decisions based on data, and see the direct impact of your work on audience growth and revenue then this is a great opportunity. Key Activities - Create, manage and execute delegate and sponsorship marketing campaign plans - Planning and executing paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook; briefing designers on creative, writing the copy, setting up targeting, monitoring performance and optimising continuously - Writing and running email campaigns in HubSpot e.g. subject lines, sequencing, segmentation - Getting the most from our HubSpot CRM - building and managing segments, potentially implementing lead scoring or other improvements - Growing our organic presence on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram - Managing landing pages and campaign assets - Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, and making decisions about what to improve - Working with the sales team to ensure leads from B2B campaigns are tracked and followed up effectively What Success Looks Like - Campaign plans in place for our events across delegate marketing, engagement and sponsorship - Hitting attendance targets at our London (1200), Berlin (1000 rising to 1500) and NYC (500) events, with the right audience (decision makers from top-tier apps) - Delivering leads to the sales team from sponsorship marketing campaigns - Strong, consistent messaging and creative across all marketing activity - Growing the Business of Apps share of voice into the dominant B2B events and media brand in the app industry - Driving the marketing function forward while collaborating with our internal teams (content, production, delegate sales) and external partners (designers, consultants) Qualifications - 5+ years of running marketing campaigns in a high quality B2B events environment - Strong working knowledge of HubSpot - Able to directly manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook - Able to travel to our events in NYC, Berlin and London - Based in the UK or a European time zone - This is a full time role but we would consider 3-4 days per week working pattern if desired - Fully remote (we can pay for a coworking space if required) - Flexible working around school runs or life logistics Benefits - Bonus scheme (typically 10%+ of salary) - Company pension contribution
