• Source new prospects through social media platforms, including LinkedIn • Contact prospective clients via telephone to introduce services and arrange appointments • Respond promptly and effectively to company-provided leads • Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales process • Coordinate calendars and schedules to arrange meetings at suitable times • Maintain relationships with prospects from initial contact through to appointment • Liaise with third parties involved in the sales process, including pension administrators, trustees, and insurance providers • Meet and exceed KPI targets and performance metrics
