• Deliver personalized financial planning to UK expats and other globally mobile EU and other predominantly Western clients. • Advise on retirement income strategies, savings/investments, legacy/succession planning, and protection solutions that travel with clients. • Help build client relationships that span years and countries. • Contribute to shaping Equus Legacy’s early processes, thought leadership, and service model as we grow thoughtfully (we’re not aiming for 10,000 clients — we want the right ones).

• Provide expert financial guidance and wealth management solutions to expatriate clients • Build client loyalty through consistent, high-quality advice and personal service • Complete thorough financial fact-finds and risk profiling for each client engagement • Produce tailored financial plans covering retirement, investment, and protection requirements • Deliver cross-border financial planning expertise and international portfolio management • Advise on UK pension options, QROPS transfers, and expatriate wealth strategies • Adhere strictly to regulatory compliance frameworks and industry best practices

• Source new prospects through social media platforms, including LinkedIn • Contact prospective clients via telephone to introduce services and arrange appointments • Respond promptly and effectively to company-provided leads • Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales process • Coordinate calendars and schedules to arrange meetings at suitable times • Maintain relationships with prospects from initial contact through to appointment • Liaise with third parties involved in the sales process, including pension administrators, trustees, and insurance providers • Meet and exceed KPI targets and performance metrics

• Support the growth and optimisation of a live digital platform • Optimise job pages and website content for search performance • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO improvements • Support blog content and engagement strategies • Assist with backlink and content distribution efforts • Improve website layout and user journeys (WordPress) • Support landing page optimisation and testing • Assist with analytics tools to track user behaviour • Support LinkedIn and social media content • Assist with email campaigns and audience engagement • Explore automation tools to improve efficiency • Track key metrics such as traffic and engagement

• You’ll work directly with the founder to modernize and scale Prestige IFA Jobs, focusing on: • Audit and optimize 100+ job pages for search rankings (target: top 3 for keywords like “IFA jobs Dubai”). • Research and implement high-impact keywords using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or SurferSEO. • Write or edit blog posts, job descriptions, and newsletters to boost engagement. • Build backlinks through guest posts and partnerships. • Redesign elements of the website (WordPress/PageLayer) to improve user experience and conversions. • A/B test landing pages and CTAs to increase signups/applications. • Integrate analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics) to track user behavior. • Grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with engaging content. • Automate email campaigns (Mailchimp/ConvertKit) to nurture leads. • Set up chatbots/AI tools (ManyChat, Zapier) for candidate inquiries. • Track KPIs (traffic, conversions, bounce rates) and present monthly reports. • Identify trends (e.g., top-performing job listings, high-traffic regions). • Explore AI tools (Jasper, Canva) to streamline workflows. • Recommend new platforms (CRM, automation tools).
