• Act as the technical lead for squads, directing architecture decisions, best practices, design patterns, and development quality; • Serve as a bridge between professionals with different tech stacks, such as Java, Kotlin, Python, Node, Salesforce, Oracle/PLSQL, React, Next.js — ensuring technical alignment, consistency, and best practices across specialties; • Translate Product and Business needs into viable, scalable, and well‑architected solutions; • Lead technical discussions, assess trade‑offs, and propose improvements; • Act as a mentor for more junior professionals; • Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmaps and estimates; • Promote engineering best practices: automation, testing, CI/CD, and observability; • Assist in the analysis and planning of new projects before they reach the development team; • Lead the evolution and modernization of the subscription platform, including migration of the legacy CRM to Salesforce, evolution of the Billing architecture, and continuous modernization of the E‑commerce platform.

• Own the design and execution of technical enablement for Solutions Engineering, including onboarding, product launches, competitive positioning, and skills development • Deliver high-impact live, virtual and on-demand training, certifications, and workshops • Define competency frameworks and partner with leadership on team development • Expand technical fluency across the broader GTM organization where relevant • Measure and improve readiness through clear performance metrics • Design and deploy AI workflows and agents that support technical sellers in their daily workflows (e.g., discovery prep, demo support, objection handling, knowledge retrieval) • Systematically automate repeatable enablement activities to improve scale and consistency • Collaborate with GTM, Product, PMM, RevOps, and Field Operations to align enablement with business priorities • Manage programs end-to-end, from scoping through execution and iteration
