• Projetar e desenvolver aplicações fullstack escaláveis e resilientes, com backend em Java e/ou Python e frontend em React; • Liderar a integração de sistemas internos e externos, garantindo a comunicação e o funcionamento correto entre serviços, APIs e interfaces; • Definir padrões de arquitetura, código e pipelines de CI/CD para a squad, com foco principal no backend; • Garantir alta disponibilidade, segurança e performance de ponta a ponta, do banco de dados à interface do usuário; • Mentorar e orientar desenvolvedores Júnior e Pleno, promovendo boas práticas de engenharia em toda a stack; • Propor soluções técnicas inovadoras para cache, filas, mensageria e processamento de eventos, contribuindo também na arquitetura de componentes do frontend; • Traduzir demandas de negócio em requisitos técnicos, participando de decisões de UX/UI quando necessário; • Interagir, acolher e acompanhar equipe de negócio e produto, contribuindo tecnicamente desde a concepção até a entrega da solução completa.

• Act as the technical lead for the squads, guiding architectural decisions, best practices, design patterns and development quality; • Serve as a bridge between professionals with different stacks, such as: Java, Kotlin, Python, Node, Salesforce, Oracle/PLSQL, React, Next.js — ensuring technical alignment, consistency and best practices across the different specialties; • Translate Product and Business needs into viable, scalable and well-architected solutions; • Lead technical discussions, evaluate trade-offs and propose improvements; • Mentor more junior professionals; • Work with Product Managers on roadmaps and estimates; • Promote engineering best practices: automation, testing, CI/CD and observability; • Assist in the analysis and design of new projects before they reach the development team; • Lead the evolution and modernization of the subscription platform, including: evolution of the Billing architecture and continuous modernization of the e-commerce.

• Be responsible for the mobile/app product, ensuring roadmap decisions reflect user needs and the company’s strategic priorities; • Prioritize and manage the backlog, translating opportunities and problems into clear initiatives for the development team; • Monitor product performance metrics and propose improvement actions based on data; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives; • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement of the mobile user experience; • Stay up to date with market trends in digital products, especially in the news segment.

• Handle customer service and commercial negotiations with customers by phone and WhatsApp, on both outbound and inbound contacts; • Manage leads and carry out prospecting activities, identifying opportunities for new business; • Register subscriptions, applying benefits, campaigns and discounts in accordance with company policies; • Update, control and organize commercial information in internal systems and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data quality and reliability.

• Design and maintain data pipelines, integrating internal and external sources; • Develop dashboards with varying scopes, aligned to the needs of business areas; • Support teams with analyses, hypothesis formulation, and recommendations; • Conduct exploratory data analyses to identify patterns, trends, and business-relevant insights; • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements and present results; • Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in analyses.

• Handle customer service and negotiations via phone and WhatsApp (outbound and inbound); • Review and manage leads and prospect for new customers; • Register new subscriptions and apply benefits and discounts in the system; • Use Excel to update and organize commercial/sales information.

• Provide customer service with a focus on retaining subscribers who intend to cancel; • Handle inquiries across multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat).

• Ensure user stories are validated and approved according to business requirements and priorities, keeping the backlog up to date following agile methodologies; • Explore the potential of the native Salesforce solution, prioritizing scalability and planning future solutions; • Act proactively by identifying problems and opportunities, planning and executing initiatives autonomously, and properly documenting those solutions; • Lead the development of solutions in Apex, LWC, advanced automations, and API integrations; • Take the lead on critical requests, serving as a technical reference for the team; • Perform code reviews and support/mentor less experienced developers; • Ensure adherence to development best practices and platform security.

• Design system architectures involving LLMs, intelligent agents, and multi-agent systems; • Develop end-to-end Generative AI pipelines, from experimentation to production deployment; • Build autonomous agents, custom tools, functions, and integrations with external APIs; • Implement orchestration between agents, memory systems, expanded context windows, and decision-making mechanisms; • Conduct evaluation, monitoring, and observability of models (RAG, agents, prompts, and behaviors); • Optimize cost, latency, and quality of production solutions; • Work with prompt versioning, automated testing, and continuous validation; • Collaborate with product, marketing, journalism, analytics, and data engineering teams to evolve the company’s Generative AI platform.
