Availity
• define and advance Availity’s cloud network infrastructure across AWS • drive infrastructure automation and standards via infrastructure-as-code • partner with Security, Platform, and Application teams to deliver scalable, compliant, cost-effective connectivity • own enterprise DNS end-to-end • lead AWS network architecture for application and shared-services environments • modernize VPN, partner, and site-to-site connectivity • mentor and uplevel Cloud Engineering and peer teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years designing and operating large-scale enterprise networks and internet-facing edge services
- experience operating an enterprise internet edge / application delivery platform (WAF/CDN/DNS/Zero Trust)
- advanced proficiency designing, implementing, and securing AWS cloud network architectures
- experience with AWS networking components such as Direct Connect (DX), Transit Gateway (TGW)
- experience designing multi-account and landing-zone network patterns
- proven network security architecture experience in AWS
- experience designing multi-region network architectures for high availability
- strong traffic engineering and routing design skills
- experience with multiple Linux distributions
- expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks including Terraform, Terragrunt, OpenTofu, and Ansible
- excellent cross-functional leadership and external partner coordination
- experience managing firewalls

Role Description The Provider Relations Specialist assists providers via phone and email with bill review questions and requests of varying complexity. This role is responsible for documenting bill review errors to improve team error rate trend. The Provider Relations Specialist acts as a positive and professional representative of our CorVel family. The role ensures compliance with company best practice standards while also enabling a consistent, timely delivery of our quality services. This is a remote role.
