Role Description We're hiring for a new Technical Training Consultant to join our European Adobe Learning Services team. The initial focus will be on training customers on Workfront & AEM products, but will quickly grow to include other solutions, including the Adobe Experience Platform. Crucially, our Trainers don't just teach customers about our technology, but how to use it to deliver outstanding customer experiences and results for their organisations. - Deliver training sessions from Adobe's Workfront & AEM & AEP course catalogue, quickly growing to train on other Adobe solutions. - Deliver live classroom training virtually, at Adobe offices, and at customer offices when required, as well as occasionally recording on-demand training courses. - Maintain expert product knowledge in Workfront & AEM as well as their integrations and use cases across the broader Adobe Experience Cloud. - Showcase domain expertise and practical, real-world experience in the fields of analytics and personalisation in your classes. - Deliver training with empathy for our customers; understand why they want to use our software and guide them on how to reach their goals with our products. - Understand our curriculum inside and out, customise it for private training sessions and work with our global Curriculum team to improve it. - Encourage customer feedback on your classes and share insights from this with Delivery Management to help improve our offering. - Develop sales opportunities and the growth of the business by recommending appropriate learning paths to prospects and existing customers. - Meet or exceed utilisation expectations and maintain high customer satisfaction scores. - Successfully manage the software training environment for your classes, while reporting and resolving any issues. - Be an active member of our global Training and Consulting community, contributing to our collective expertise and internal initiatives. Qualifications - Ability to teach complex workflows and system concepts in a way that is clear, practical, and engaging. - Strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar enterprise work management / project management platforms AND/OR Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - Workflow automation. - Industry certifications related to Workfront or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - A passion for digital technology and the application of that technology to solve business problems. - A sound understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics. - English and German fluency required. - A confident presenter who enjoys sharing knowledge with others. - The ability to engage an audience, and communicate complex concepts and technical detail in a simple, accessible way. - Ability to handle a diverse group of customers, partners or employees in training sessions, including an international audience. - Ability to establish credibility and build confidence quickly and easily. - Some business travel required.
