Role Description We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer with specialization in HVAC systems and energy auditing. The role involves: - Performing heat load calculations - Reviewing mechanical/electrical/plumbing designs - Ensuring compliance with industry standards - Supporting project planning, design validation, and energy efficiency initiatives - Contributing to both residential and commercial projects Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (required) - Professional license or certification preferred - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on HVAC systems - Proven experience in heat load calculations and energy auditing - Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Trace 700, AutoCAD, Revit MEP) - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Familiarity with energy efficiency standards and sustainability practices - Competence in Microsoft Excel and technical reporting tools Requirements - Conduct detailed heat load calculations and HVAC system sizing - Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings - Perform energy audits and recommend efficiency improvements - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy - Prepare technical reports, documentation, and compliance submissions - Provide input on material specifications and equipment selection - Support project execution with on-site inspections and technical guidance
