Senior Sales Manager – Oil & Gas

Switzerland Global Enterprise

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Oil & Gas market across assigned territories and key accounts; • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from early engagement to contract closure; • Drive account planning and customer engagement to influence project specifications and increase market share; • Coordinate closely with engineering, application, proposal, project management, and service teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment; • Monitor market trends, investment plans, procurement strategies, and bid opportunities to proactively position solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (an Engineering degree is a strong differentiator)
  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the Oil & Gas market
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel and drive as required by business needs
  • Strong understanding of O&G project sales cycles, procurement processes, and commercial practices
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex bids, negotiations, and long sales cycles
  • Advanced level proficiency in Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
