• The BAS Design Manager supports DLB’s mission critical projects, focusing on building automation systems (BAS), PMS (Power Management System), controls integration, and smart building solutions. • Provide technical and project leadership for the planning, and design of BAS/PMS and integrated control systems. • Collaborate closely with out-source partners, MEP design engineers, construction contractors, equipment vendors, software engineers, project managers, and client representatives. • Oversee subconsultant scopes of work, including the development, review, and coordination of Statements of Objectives (SOO), construction drawings, and technical specifications. • Ensure subconsultant deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with project requirements, organizational standards, and applicable codes and regulations using the DLB QAQC process. • Create and manage project deliverables including design drawings, sequences of operations and specifications. • Assist in the development of various engineering drawings in AutoCAD and Revit format.

• Manage and support the end-to-end design process from wireframing to final UI delivery • Handle user research, usability testing, and design iteration based on feedback • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones • Maintain accurate records of design assets, component libraries, and version history • Use relevant tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping platforms • Support the wider team with design system maintenance, accessibility standards, and handoff to developers • Identify opportunities to improve user journeys, visual consistency, and product usability

• Shape the experience of Europe’s next-generation digital identity infrastructure • Design and deliver world-class identity flows for EUDI and Wero • Lead the conception and prototyping of critical identity journeys • Influence experience principles across the organisation • Provide design continuity across phases • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content Design in a remote-first environment
