• The Manager- Quality and Training is a high-impact dual role that transforms performance through strategic training design and data-driven quality insights. • You will be reporting to the Director- C&D operations. • You'll create engaging learning experiences while conducting audits that uncover critical improvement opportunities. • By analyzing performance data and audit findings, you'll identify skill gaps, design targeted interventions, and measure real results — directly shaping operational excellence and team success. • Manage a team of Data analysts who conduct quality audits and provide new hire training and process refreshers, evaluate interactions against defined standards and documenting findings with structured, actionable feedback. • Serve as the ultimate owner of data quality and ensure all team output strictly complies with established governance standards, documentation, and reporting requirements. • Ensure that reference data rules are meticulously followed and managed through the team. • Work cross-functionally with Governance, UAT, and Training teams to understand and implement changing standards. • Lead the analysis of audit data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and systemic issues — translating insights into targeted interventions. • Lead and develop trainings for advanced skills training in HITL, prompt engineering, and data governance. • Lead continuous improvement projects and drive standardization of best practices across Content and Data verticals. • Champion the adoption of proven processes and methodologies to ensure consistent operational performance, reduce variability, and scale successful innovations across the organization. • Support the exploration of AI-assisted auditing tools to scale quality coverage across multiple platforms or multiple media types. • Actively participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of assigned workflows, providing critical feedback for system and process enhancements. • Participate directly in the HITL AI feedback loop to drive ongoing engine improvements. • Develop and produce comprehensive metrics and reports that lead to performance improvement and operational transparency. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across organizations to understand and evaluate business priorities, define shared opportunities and requirements, and establish effective information-sharing mechanisms. • Work alongside stakeholders to define and execute innovative solutions that enhance customer experience while influencing outcomes both with and without direct authority.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall experience in data operations, data quality, system quality, quality testing, training lead or quality and training coordinator role.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute learning interventions and projects from concept to completion
  • Experience in HITL quality and MT (Machine Teaching) - Working knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflows
  • Understanding of data annotation and quality metrics
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI, Prompt Engineering and Lean Methodology is a must
  • Six sigma (GB) certification is a massive plus.
