Involved in interaction with sales, consultants, and other members of cross-functional teams. Project administration, strong communication, time management and organizational skills required. Typically oversees schedules and budgets to ensure project success. Documents lessons learned and shares appropriately with colleagues. * Manages equipment, software, licensing and outside services procurement and delivery schedules. * Accountable to CDW management for project results. Is fiscally responsible to the client, the project and to CDW. * Identifies and escalates difficult situations with client and/or project team and escalates to account team and management. * Coordinates team efforts to consistently meet project success factors and exceed client expectations. * Has clear and concise communication. Leads and facilitates both live and virtual meetings. Keeps meetings on track, on topic and summarizes assigns and publishes follow up items in a timely manner. * Can effectively build consensus with the project team. * Demonstrates effective listening skills. * Listens and observes in the client environment for additional opportunities. * Brings forth possible opportunities or cross-selling additional products and services to Account Executive or Manager. What we expect of you: * Bachelor's degree in business or computer related field, 3 years of experience in Project Management, and 2 years of experience in leading small to medium scale projects in a professional services organization, * OR * 4 years total Information Technology experience, to include 3 years of experience in Project Management, and 2 years of experience in leading small to medium scale projects in a professional services organization. * Working knowledge of one or more formal project management methodologies including at least one that is iterative (non-waterfall). * Understands the core level technologies. * One to three years' experience in delivery of Infrastructure Project Management, a plus. * Working knowledge of the cost, timeline, and resources necessary in deploying technology solutions, a plus. * A professional, customer-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners and peers is a must, a plus. * Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs, a plus. * Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective, a plus. * Applies discretion when dealing with sensitive/confidential information, a plus. * Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, a plus. * Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, a plus. * Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize, a plus. * Ability to apply common sense in performing job, a plus. * Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, a plus. • Own the end-to-end program governance for the ISC S/4HANA ERP development for Integrated Supply Chain • Establish and manage program operating cadence: steering committee, workstream leadership, daily/weekly execution routines, and decision logs within ISC to include executive reporting • Partner with process owners to define and approve global template • Lead deployment readiness planning • Coordinate change leadership across the organization • Drive standardization of execution processes (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing) • Responsible for preparation for continuous stakeholder alignment and decision transparency across corporate and site leadership • Capture lessons learned and institutionalize improvements
