Role Description As an Accountant for John Deere Financial located in Johnston, IA, you will: - Be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial results related to the JDF Portfolio's Credit Losses by partnering closely with finance, risk, and reporting teams. - Drive execution of and provide business counseling for the Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) processes and results. - Prepare documentation to support internal controls, audits, management and regulatory reporting. - Perform account reconciliations and support monthly and quarterly close processes. - Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls, documentation, and efficiency.
