Role Description Minty is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth across ecommerce brands and retailers. Reporting to the CRO, this role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close — and building strong, long-term customer relationships. This is a quota-carrying role ideal for a motivated seller who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to help scale a growing revenue organization. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in MarTech or AdTech SaaS sales, account management, or a related role. - Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals in a quota-carrying environment. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and build. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to learn and retain product-specific information quickly. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - High energy, positive attitude, and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Requirements - Engage eCommerce brands and retailers seeking to acquire new customers and accelerate growth. - Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with merchants within your target sales focus. - Identify prospect needs and clearly articulate the value of the Minty suite of products. - Lead contract negotiations to establish strong, sustainable partnerships with merchants. - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Partnerships, and Operations to set up contracts and ensure timely execution. - Maintain proactive, ongoing communication with prospects via email, phone, and remote channels. - Manage and advance opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to close.
