Job Description

AI Operations Analyst

Achieve

Job Description As an AI Operations Analyst, you are the link between our AI strategy and the daily tasks of our departments (Sales, Negotiations, HR, etc.). You will be a dedicated partner, helping these teams overcome technical hurdles and ensuring that AI tools actually make their jobs easier, not harder. Our job is to take the heavy lifting off the plates of department managers. We learn their workflows inside and out so that when an AI problem arises, we have the context needed to fix it. By embedding ourselves in the team, we turn technical hurdles into a competitive advantage. What you'll do: - Work Side-by-Side with Teams: You'll join departmental meetings and learn their specific routines to understand their goals and the tools they use every day. - Solve Technical Problems: You are the go-to person when AI tools aren't working as expected. You'll investigate errors, figure out why they are happening, and provide clear solutions. - Verify Accuracy: You'll regularly check AI-generated work (such as, call summaries or customer responses) to make sure the information is true, follows company regulations, and hits the right tone. - Report on Progress: You'll build and manage simple dashboards that show how AI is performing, helping leaders make smart decisions based on real time data. - Improve the Process: By monitoring departmental AI integration, you will identify operational friction and workflow inefficiencies, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and streamline execution. - Quality Checks: Reviewing AI outputs to catch "hallucinations" or cases where the AI misunderstood the context. - Tracking Issues: Categorizing mistakes so we can tell if a problem is a software bug, a flaw in the process, or just a need for better training. - Sharing Insights: Turning your daily observations into clear summaries for leadership to show what's working and what needs to change. - Supporting Teammates: Flagging where employees are struggling with new tools and helping update training guides to be more helpful. How We Work We operate in a flexible, "agile-lite" environment. We use a streamlined system to ensure every request has a clear owner and deadline, while remaining adaptable enough to pivot whenever immediate departmental needs change. - Weekly Syncs: We meet early in the week to pick our priorities and clear any roadblocks. - The Knowledge Lab: We gather once a week to demo new tricks, share a "win" from a specific department, and stay updated on the company's AI goals. - Embedded Days: You'll spend specific days "sitting" with your assigned team (virtually or in person) to pick up on the small frustrations that people might not think to report. Qualifications What you'll bring AI Curiosity: Should be comfortable using tools like Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT in their personal or professional life. You are a proactive self-learner who treats emerging technology as a field for constant experimentation and research. They go beyond standard use cases, staying current on industry developments to understand not just what these tools can do, but how to push their limits to drive meaningful results. Problem-Solving Mindset: They enjoy "investigative work"-finding out exactly where a process broke and how to patch it. The "Translator" Ability: They can explain technical problems in plain English to people who are busy, frustrated, or not at tech-savvy. Additional Information Achieve well-being with: - Hybrid and remote work opportunities for certain roles - 401 (k) with employer match - Medical, dental, and vision with HSA and FSA options - Competitive vacation and sick time off, as well as dedicated volunteer days - Access to wellness support through Employee Assistance Program, physical and mental health wellness programs - Up to $5,250 paid back to you on eligible education expenses - Pet care discounts for your furry family members - Financial support in times of hardship with our Achieve Care Fund - A safe place to connect and a commitment to diversity and inclusion through our six employee resource groups Join Achieve, change the future.
