• As a Sales Manager (m/w/d), you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to drive the company’s growth through customer acquisition for Future Machine Labs • Using your acquired expertise, you will work closely with your team to deliver agile, solution-oriented rollout strategies for customers, coordinate and optimize internal interfaces, and ensure a smooth onboarding process • You will be responsible for acquiring new locations • You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, present our product on-site, provide comprehensive consultation, and ensure their requirements are met • You will organize and attend trade shows and events • You will work closely with your sales team to achieve project goals, develop sales strategies, and monitor progress • You will analyze existing sales processes, identify weaknesses, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in business, management, or a related field
  • You have already gained initial experience in a dynamic environment, whether in sales, a start-up, consulting, or a similar setting
  • You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, proven team leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and a strong customer focus
  • You bring several years of experience in sales and have knowledge of sales strategies and processes
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality and are not afraid to get actively involved
  • You enjoy traveling and are flexible regarding your place of work
  • You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both English and German, written and spoken
