Sales – Business Development Manager

• You will independently manage all sales and business development matters in your region. • From day one you can take on responsibility and proactively help shape existing processes. • You will identify and win new customers within your sales territory. • You will manage your territory in a structured way and fully exploit the potential of your sales pipeline. • You will advise our customers and inspire them with your passion for our solution. • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle from A to Z. • You ensure our customers are highly satisfied and build long-term, trusting customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience; ideally you have a background in the construction industry.
  • You have experience with construction machinery or similar vehicles.
  • You are characterized by ambition, perseverance, and strong closing skills.
  • Your confident and friendly manner convinces our customers.
  • You have a strong service and customer focus and can speak the language of our customers.
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and self-organized working style.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are a team player.
  • Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and business-fluent English are required.
  • You hold a Class B driving license and are willing to travel to customers.
