• You will independently manage all sales and business development matters in your region. • From day one you can take on responsibility and proactively help shape existing processes. • You will identify and win new customers within your sales territory. • You will manage your territory in a structured way and fully exploit the potential of your sales pipeline. • You will advise our customers and inspire them with your passion for our solution. • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle from A to Z. • You ensure our customers are highly satisfied and build long-term, trusting customer relationships.
Job Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience; ideally you have a background in the construction industry.
- You have experience with construction machinery or similar vehicles.
- You are characterized by ambition, perseverance, and strong closing skills.
- Your confident and friendly manner convinces our customers.
- You have a strong service and customer focus and can speak the language of our customers.
- Structured, goal-oriented, and self-organized working style.
- You have excellent communication skills and are a team player.
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and business-fluent English are required.
- You hold a Class B driving license and are willing to travel to customers.

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Latin America sector, with a focus on UAV technology and government procurement. • Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tenders, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position Destinus solutions effectively within the defense ecosystem. • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and procurement frameworks to identify potential business opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, legal, and finance) to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Negotiate and manage contracts, securing favorable terms and ensuring successful project execution.
• Hit Your Numbers: Your target is 15 meetings booked per month, with a focus on quality.
