As our Collections Analyst, you will manage the collections cycle for outstanding receivables – reaching out to customers, resolving disputes, tracking aging buckets, and working cross-functionally with AR, Revenue Accounting, and Customer Success to accelerate cash recovery. You will build and maintain collections workflows, develop customer relationships to resolve payment issues promptly and professionally, and contribute data to quarterly CECL analysis. This is a high-accountability, process-driven role for someone who is organised, commercially minded, and comfortable engaging customers directly.
