Executive Business Partner
Imagine Pediatrics
• Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements. • Support, draft, proofread, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives. • Plan and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions. • Arrange travel, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries. • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and office organization. • Identify and prioritize tasks based on the urgency of leadership’s top priorities. • Prepare executives for meetings, presentations, and public speaking engagements. • Track project milestones and deliverables, providing status updates and reminders. • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Job Requirements
- 2-5+ years of administrative support experience; prior experience supporting senior executives preferred
- Demonstrated history of partnering with executive stakeholders to coordinate, facilitate, and resolve conflicting priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to engage with critical information, maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to manage a high volume of competing tasks that require urgency to complete.
