• Managing the entire order lifecycle in Siebel ERP, ensuring precise fulfillment and compliance with service level agreements. • Coordinating with manufacturers and repair vendors to oversee order progress, hardware preparation, and product returns. • Ensuring inventory accuracy by reconciling data across internal systems and vendor reports while addressing system alerts effectively. • Investigating discrepancies with vendors, Datacenters, Field and Network engineers • Managing inventory adjustments and asset transfers effectively. • Overseeing the retrieval and disposal of decommissioned equipment, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and alignment with environmental standards.

Job Requirements

  • Hold expertise in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relevant field of study.
  • Demonstrate expertise in global distribution, order fulfillment, international shipping, ERP systems like Siebel or SAP, and tracking tools.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, charts, and data analysis (considered a valuable skill to possess).
  • Understand global freight processes and customs documentation, including requirements and procedures, to support efficient logistics operations.
